Send the list
Send the address list, or the one property, with any deadline dates. Email or the form is easiest for this.
Nathan confirms access
Nathan confirms dates and arranges access with the tenant or your keyholder, so you are not the go-between.
Work done, paperwork the same day
I do the work, text you when I am on the way, and leave the property as I found it. Certificates and the invoice follow the same day, and any remedials come with a written price.
