Pick whichever is easiest

Call

01904 599 109

Best for quick questions and getting booked in. Nathan can price most straightforward jobs on the phone. If you get the voicemail, leave a name and number and we ring back within one working day.

WhatsApp

Send a photo

Best for faults, fuse boards and chargers. A photo of the board, the socket or the error light tells us more than a description, and often means we can quote without a visit. Answered in working hours.

Email or form

One working day

Best for EICRs, landlord bookings and anything with addresses and dates. Use the form below or email matt@nextphase-energy.co.uk. We reply within one working day, usually sooner.

THE FORM

Tell us about the job

Name, number, what needs doing and a photo if you have one. That is enough for us to price it or ring you back.

Prefer to talk? Ring 01904 599 109. Landlords and agents with several properties: the landlord page explains how we handle address lists and paperwork.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens after you get in touch

1

We read it and reply

Nathan picks up messages through the working day. You get a call or a reply within one working day, usually the same day.

2

You get a price, or a look

Straightforward jobs are priced on the phone or from your photo. Anything that needs eyes on it gets a free look-only visit, and the price before any work starts. Our minimum is £102 inc. VAT, which covers travel and the first hour.

3

We book it and turn up

You get a date, a text when we are on the way, and the job done properly, with the paperwork the same day where it applies.

WHERE WE ARE AND WHERE WE WORK

Swinefleet, Goole, and the patch around it

Based at 3 Goole Road, Swinefleet, DN14 8AR. Goole, Howden, Selby and the villages between are the core patch, most weeks. York, Tadcaster and the corridor towards them for planned work such as fuse boards and EICRs.

Not sure if you are in range? Ring and we will be straight with you. If it is not a sensible trip we will say so and point you to someone closer.

BEFORE YOU RING

Common questions

No call-out fee for quotes. A look-only visit to price a job is free. Our minimum charge for work is £102 inc. VAT, which covers travel and the first hour, and you know that before we start.

No. We work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5, and we do not run an out-of-hours service. If you have lost all power, ring 105 for the network operator. If you smell burning or see scorching, switch the circuit off at the board and ring 999 if there is any sign of fire. We pick up messages the next working morning.

Often, yes. A clear photo of the fuse board, the socket or the charger screen is usually enough to price small jobs and repairs. Anything bigger, we come and look first, free.

Small jobs and faults are usually within a few working days. Fuse boards and EICRs are booked in, typically within a week or two depending on the time of year. Nathan will give you a real date, not a window.

Same number, same form. If you have several properties, send the address list and any deadlines and we will schedule them together. The landlord page explains the paperwork.

A person. Nathan handles the phone and the bookings from our office. Matt does the work. If you have spoken to either of us before, you will speak to the same person again.
